We’re delighted to be supporting volunteers from Shepley, who will be out and about in the village during March 2019, asking what people think of the area.
We’re using a tool called the “Place Standard”. This is a way of helping to get conversations going about any place (it could be your street, neighbourhood or town), by using some simple questions.
Local volunteers have been busy learning how to use the tool, sharing updates via the Village Magazine, and asking local organisations and venues to get involved.
The volunteers want to hear your views, which they will use to help create a village plan. This will say what people think about Shepley now and will make some suggestions for the future.
