What happened next?
Kirklees Council helped to analyse what everyone has told us. We then shared the full results on this website and also invited our participants and other local people to come and see the results at the Growing Newsome Autumn Event in October 2023.
Your ward councillors, along with Kirklees Council staff, have created an action plan for the area, based on local people’s priorities. We’re keen to continue working with people in Newsome, to support the action plan and ensure it reflects things you said are a priority for our area.
