Listen to Cowlersley results

In summer 2022 Pride in Linthwaite created further opportunities for local people to get involved. More people in Cowlersley shared what they think about the area. They added some new things that were missed earlier, and shared their views on the priorities for action. The group organised six workshops, along with visits to local venues, events and schools.

What happened next

Kirklees Council helped to analyse what everyone has told us. We then shared the results online. Pride in Linthwaite and your ward councillors, along with Kirklees Council staff, have created a draft action plan for the area, based on local people’s priorities.

We’re keen to continue working with people in Cowlersley, and we would like to hear from anyone who wants to get involved.
