What happens next?
Kirklees Council, local ward councillors and partners will use what we learn to help create an action place and direct funding and investment where we can, to reflect what people have told us.
Investing in our town centres
We all want to see our town centres revitalised and to do this we really need to know what people think about them.
Our town centres provide a range of business, cultural, leisure and local retail facilities and are also areas of local growth. Kirklees Council are investing £1.5m in Holmfirth town centre, as part of our small town centres funding. We are also investing in other ways.
We know that how our towns look and feel is important in attracting people to visit them. We want our towns to be clean, environmentally friendly, and welcoming for children and families.
By taking part, you’re helping to inform the improvements to Holmfirth town centre, by helping us understand what’s important to you.
